Jason Denoncourt
Managing Partner
Jason leads construction estimating, deal sourcing, and capital advisory for Kinsman. He most recently served as a private lender with Renovo Financial and First Boston Capital Partners, providing and managing short-term bridge capital to builders, developers and investors for acquisitions, ground-up construction and renovations throughout New England.
Earlier, Jason spent eight years with The Gutierrez Company, where he was one of four managers overseeing the firm's 4 million square feet of office space and 10 million square feet of developable land in Northeastern Massachusetts. His work included leading the development of Red Hat Software's headquarters in Westford and E Ink's headquarters in Billerica.
Jason went on to spend three years as Congressman Seth Moulton's Economic Development Director, leading economic development across the 39 communities of Massachusetts' 6th District and spearheading the Lynn Economic Advancement Development Team alongside the offices of Governor Charlie Baker and Mayor Judith Flanagan Kennedy. He also spent five years as a small-business owner through the pandemic and began his career as a real estate advisor with CBRE New England.
